The CIT will help listen to concerns about possible exclusion or bias and provide educational resources and support. The CIT will:
Receive reports of possible bias or exclusion
Connect reporters with necessary resources (e.g., Dean of Students or Office of Equal Opportunity Programs)
Provide community education and outreach
Provide prevention education
Provide trend analysis along with campus climate information
